Privacy policy
Short version: this website does not use cookies, trackers or analytics. If you use the contact form, your message is emailed to Vimal and used only to reply.

What this site collects
Only what you send through the contact form: your name, email address, organisation (optional), the service you choose (optional) and your message. The form delivers them to Vimal by email, together with your IP address and browser type to help spot abuse. If delivery fails, the message is kept in a private folder on the server (not reachable from the web) until it can be sent.
Spam protection
The form uses a small proof-of-work check that runs in your browser: no third-party captcha, no cookies. To limit abuse, the number of messages per connection is counted using a one-way hash of your IP address; these counters are deleted automatically within two days.
Third parties
No third-party services are loaded: fonts, images and scripts are all served from vimalkp.com. Our hosting provider (Hostinger) keeps standard server logs (IP address, page requested, time) for security for a limited period. Emails are delivered through Hostinger's mail service.
How your message is used
If you email us or use the contact form, we use your details only to reply and, if you become a client, to deliver the agreed work. We keep correspondence only as long as needed for that purpose and legal obligations.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, or object to its use. Email contact@vimal.ie. You may also complain to the Data Protection Commission (dataprotection.ie).
